  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to assigned school site
  • Stable internet and proficiency with Microsoft 365, Zoom, and collaboration tools
  • Computer with camera and audio capability
  • Master's Degree in Education or Educational Leadership required
  • Experience in strategic planning/leadership in K-12 or nonprofit
  • Ability to lead through influence in matrixed orgs without direct authority
  • Cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with culturally specific or community-serving organizations preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including board reporting
