Part-Time Telehealth Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LPC) - Illinois

📋 Description

• Provide individual therapy via synchronous video sessions to adults with diverse mental health
• Collaborate with therapists and clinicians to support comprehensive treatment as part of the FOLX
• Assess patient condition and needs; develop and adjust treatment plans with monitoring measures.
• Use between-session messaging and EMR to communicate with patients and team according to policy.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and clinical team meetings.
• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, or social work.
• Active state license(s) (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, PhD, PsyD) to practice upon hire; support for
• 2+ years of therapy experience.
• Clinical experience serving the trans and queer community.
• Previous telehealth experience.
• Commitment to empowerment, transparency, and collaboration in care.
