Part Time Veterinary Assistant - Boston - Seaport

📋 Description

• Support Veterinarians and Vet Techs during visits and procedures
• Assist with exams, surgeries, x-rays, treatments, and other procedures
• Record and report patient symptoms; communicate pricing estimates and treatment plans to clients
• Maintain clinic common areas and exam rooms; ensure clean, restocked spaces
• Assist with client interactions, walk-ins, calls, scheduling, and client education
• Work as a collaborative team member focused on quality pet care

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a veterinary assistant or kennel assistant
• Working knowledge of veterinary terminology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
• Proficiency typing and using multiple computer systems
• Passion for pets
