📋 Description

• Own FSI Relationships: lead LangChain partnerships with major federal primes.
• Develop boutique/specialized partners: curate smaller federal AI partners.
• Build joint go-to-market motions: co-develop offerings and references.
• Drive pipeline through partners: partner-sourced/influenced opportunities.
• Support hyperscalers selectively: AWS GovCloud, Azure Gov, GCP.
• Execute co-marketing motions: events and co-branded content.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years in federal partner mgmt or alliances.
• FSI Network: pre-existing relationships at major federal primes.
• Technical Foundation: fluency with LLMs and tooling; FedRAMP IL4/IL5.
• Startup Agility: thrive in high-growth, low-structure environments.
• Operational Rigor: strong pipeline management and CRM hygiene.
• Strong Communication & Influence: exec-level docs and presentations.
