🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in content operations, content management, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing content governance frameworks and operations at scale.
• Strong understanding of content lifecycle management, taxonomy, metadata, and search.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve operational efficiency and automate processes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
