Partner Engineer

📋 Description

• Role focuses on cloud partner engineering and SI enablement to extend LangChain reach
• Build reference architectures, integration patterns, and enablement programs for co-sell with cloud
• Enable partner delivery at systems integrators and GSIs with certification tracks and playbooks
• Act as technical evangelist with partners, translating between technical and business teams
• Develop joint business plans and reference assets to scale partner enablement
• Collaborate across engineering, partnerships, and sales to accelerate partner-led deployments

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in a technical partner-facing or customer-facing role
• Experience partnering with SI/cloud providers/ISVs and building enablement programs
• Strong Python skills and hands-on with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.)
• Cloud know-how in GCP and/or Azure; ability to design integrations and reference architectures
• Excellent presentation and technical communication for stakeholders including C-suite
• Ability to produce scalable assets (reference architectures, guides) for multiple partners
