Partner Engineer, Scaled Support

📋 Description

• Own the health of live partner integrations and be the technical point of contact post-launch.
• Monitor integration health, feature adoption, and stability to catch issues early.
• Instrument telemetry, logs, and dashboards to observe integrations at scale.
• Debug and resolve complex technical problems across Parafin and partner systems.
• Design tooling, runbooks, and documentation to scale support for future partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Platform engineering to ship durable fixes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a client-facing technical role (post-sales, solutions engineering, or technical partner
• Fluent engineering background with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Scala.
• Hands-on debugging: read logs, write SQL, inspect data pipelines, reproduce issues via API calls.
• Proficient with REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, data pipelines, and embeddable UI components.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to engineers and executives.
• Strong partner-focused problem-solving and bias toward leveraging tooling and docs.
