Partner Growth Manager

📋 Description

• Own the long-tail partner funnel end to end
• Define metrics: activation, time-to-first-deal, pipeline, retention
• Automate motion for onboarding, activation, engagement
• Scale lifecycle programs with segmentation and automation
• Use data signals to guide partner outreach and routing
• Coordinate content and enablement for the partner base

🎯 Requirements

• Growth marketing mindset with funnel math: activation, retention, cohorts
• Experience with partners, automation, and segmentation at scale
• Fluency with PartnerStack and Crossbeam or similar tools
• Proven ability to run programs across thousands of accounts
• Comfort partnering with marketing to distribute content
• Self-serve/PLG or tiered partner program experience preferred
