The Partner Manager leads a portfolio of Sitecore Solution Partners to develop and execute
Drive joint pipeline creation and bookings targets with partners
Coordinate deal processes and connect partners with internal teams for smooth execution
Own partner business growth and ensure alignment to Sitecore's market strategy

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of Partner/Alliance experience in SaaS-enterprise software
Strong organizational skills and sales process experience to forecast and analyze pipeline
Comfort operating across internal and partner organizations at all levels
Ability to work in ambiguity and self-prioritize
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Collaborative, persuasive, and negotiates effectively
