Partner Manager, DACH

📋 Description

• Develop and execute the DACH partner strategy (Germany primary) with Austria & Switzerland.
• Manage portfolio of consulting, systems integrators, technology and cloud partners (e.g., AWS
• Recruit, onboard and enable partners building agentic/AI-driven solutions with Algolia.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering and enablement teams to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Own deal registration, account mapping and joint GTM initiatives with partners.
• Guide partners on Algolia fit without owning implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years in senior Alliance/Channel or Partner role in tech/cloud/SI space.
• Strong technical fluency: APIs, search/AI architecture, cloud infra; able to discuss solutions
• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and/or major SIs in German market.
• Business understanding of SaaS, search/AI, headless commerce and API-first architectures.
• Fluency in German (spoken/written) and English.
• Proven ability to lead regional partner strategy and co-sell/co-marketing activities.
