Partner Manager - German Speaker

📋 Description

• Execute Algolia's partner strategy across DACH with Germany as primary focus
• Build and manage a portfolio of consulting, SI, technology and cloud partners (e.g., AWS, Google
• Recruit and onboard new partners into the Algolia Partner Program
• Shape agentic solutions combining Algolia with technology partners
• Collaborate with consulting partners to build and market agentic solutions
• Coordinate GTM with partners, joint marketing, co-selling and enablement content

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years in a senior Alliance/Channel/Partner role, tech/cloud/SI partners
• Strong technical fluency: APIs, search/AI architecture, cloud infra, multi-tech solutions
• Familiar with agentic AI and accelerator programs in the SI/tech partner space
• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud and/or Microsoft Azure in Germany market
• Business understanding of SaaS, search/AI, headless commerce, API-first
• Track record building regional partner strategy (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
