📋 Description

• Own day-to-day management of supplier relationships (job boards, media agencies, recruiting
• Coordinate supplier requests with internal stakeholders and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage supplier integrations, migrations, and launches end-to-end.
• Lead marketplace projects with defined requirements, milestones, and outcomes.
• Keep supplier catalogue, pricing, and product info accurate across the marketplace.
• Monitor margins and identify new commercial opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in business roles managing supplier/partner relationships.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage structured projects from planning to delivery.
• Working knowledge of APIs and data integrations; willing to deepen technical fluency.
• Strong operational and strategic thinking with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder structures.
