📋 Description

• Own supplier relationships across job boards and recruiting services.
• Coordinate requests with internal stakeholders and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage supplier integrations, migrations, and launches from planning to delivery.
• Lead marketplace projects with clear requirements, milestones, and outcomes.
• Maintain supplier catalog, pricing, and product data.
• Collaborate across commercial, operational, and technical teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in supplier/vendor/partner management, ideally in job boards or related marketplace.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
• Proven ability to manage structured projects end-to-end.
• Working knowledge of APIs and data integrations; willingness to deepen technical fluency.
• Strong execution, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management.
• Experience using AI/automation to improve efficiency.
