📋 Description

• Own day-to-day management of supplier relationships (job boards, media agencies, recruiting
• Coordinate supplier requests with internal stakeholders for timely resolution
• Manage supplier integrations, migrations, and new launches end-to-end
• Lead marketplace projects: requirements, scope, milestones, timelines
• Maintain supplier catalogue, pricing, product information
• Monitor margins and identify commercial opportunities with partners

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in business, managing supplier/vendor/partner relationships
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage structured projects from planning to delivery
• Working knowledge of APIs and data integrations
• Combination of operational execution and strategic thinking
• Experience managing complex stakeholder structures
