📋 Description

• Own day-to-day management of supplier relationships (job boards, agencies, providers).
• Serve as primary contact for supplier requests, coordinate with internal teams.
• Manage supplier integrations, migrations, and launches end-to-end.
• Lead marketplace projects with clear requirements, milestones, timelines.
• Maintain accurate supplier catalogue, pricing, product data.
• Monitor margins and explore new commercial opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in supplier/vendor/partner relationships in marketplaces or recruiting.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage structured projects from planning to delivery.
• Experience with APIs and data integrations; willing to deepen technical fluency.
• Strong execution, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management.
• Experience using AI/automation to streamline processes.
