Partner Manager - Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day supplier relationships (job boards, media agencies, recruiting services).
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders; ensure timely resolution of requests.
• Lead supplier integrations, migrations, and product launches end-to-end.
• Drive strategic marketplace projects with defined requirements and milestones.
• Maintain accurate supplier catalog, pricing and product data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver supplier initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in supplier/vendor/partner management in marketplace or related roles.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
• Proven ability to manage structured projects end-to-end.
• Experience with APIs and data integrations; comfortable with tech fluency.
• Strong operational, strategic thinking and stakeholder management.
• Experience with AI/automation to streamline processes.
