🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, onboarding, SE, or AM in MSP/B2B SaaS
  • Proven deployment and relationship management skills
  • Experience leading software deployments in complex environments
  • Strong sales acumen with target achievement
  • Excellent communication across email, phone, video, Slack
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack or similar tools

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary $93,000 – $130,000 USD
  • Commission eligibility

  • Remote-first with travel as needed
