Partner Network Manager

📋 Description

• Lead our Partner Network initiatives and manage a high‑performing network of partners.
• Improve supplier quality and outcomes by coaching, certification, and adherence to Xometry
• Reduce manufacturing variability and improve customer outcomes through partner development.
• Oversee partner certification programs and ensure quality benchmarks.
• Manage the Partner Outsourcing Group program, including vetting and performance‑based
• Develop tailored training/coaching to elevate partner capabilities and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 8+ years leading in supply chain or manufacturing.
• Experience with manufacturing/machining environments; transactional support for manufacturers is a
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate insights into action.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; experience delivering training programs.
• Fluency with standard business tools (document/project management, etc.).

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $108,000 - $140,000 annually (USD), depending on skills/experience/location.
