📋 Description

• Own end-to-end KYB lifecycle for B2B/B2B2C across jurisdictions, ensuring compliance.
• Executive oversight from onboarding to ongoing relationships with risk-based screening.
• Establish escalation frameworks for high-risk cases with Compliance, Risk, and leadership.
• Stay ahead of AML, CDD, and KYB developments; translate into scalable policies.
• Senior accountable leader for audit readiness and regulatory reviews.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to remove onboarding friction and accelerate activation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Operations, or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certs (CAMS, CFE, CRCM) preferred.
• 8-12+ years in KYB/KYC, onboarding, compliance/risk ops in fintech/banking/crypto.
• 5+ years senior leadership experience managing managers and scaling teams.
• Deep expertise in AML, CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, KYB/KYC across jurisdictions.
• Proven track record leading process transformation and automation.
