Support partner integrations end-to-end and monitor ticketing KPIs with Zendesk.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in partner operations, revenue operations, or similar cross-functional ops role.
Proficiency with data query systems and dashboards (e.g., Looker).
Experience with Zendesk or comparable ticketing platforms.
Strong process-improvement mindset with proven workflow automation.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
This role is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
