📋 Description

• Define AI-native reference architectures and design standards for partner solutions on the Now
• Lead design workshops using the FLIGHT framework to set AI-native solution patterns and partner
• Apply an AI-first mindset across partner engagements from design to architecture.
• Translate partner ideas into actionable blueprints, validated architectures, and MVP specs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align with platform priorities and AI strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in solution architecture, technical sales, pre-sales, or similar with deep platform
• Experience with technology partners at partner or OEM level, including solution design and
• Strong cloud platform architecture knowledge (SaaS, PaaS, automation, multi-tenancy).
• Proven ability to guide partners through complex solution designs and business strategy discussions.
• Deep curiosity and expertise in AI technologies, design thinking, and emerging trends.
• Clear communicator at CxO level; experience running workshops and design sessions.
