Implement and support Arrive products and services for partners
Coordinate projects for product implementation per customer specs
Configure, release and maintain central software solutions
Perform QA by testing products/services and driving improvements
Order, review and roll-out signage (des signage)
Collaborate across teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing, R&D) as main stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

Strong CRM skills with customer-focused mindset
Good project management abilities; experience preferred
High technical understanding of system integrations
Analytical skills to interpret data and identify patterns
Ability to understand strategic goals and translate to actions
Resilience and adaptability to change
