🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in business development or partnerships within financial services or fintech.
• Strong network within banking, financial institutions, and crypto.
• Proven track record closing complex, high-value deals (min $10M+ total).
• Deep understanding of FX markets, banking infrastructure, and cross-border payments.
• Crypto/blockchain experience and international BD across jurisdictions is a plus.
