  • Own the partnership programme across UK, Germany, and Luxembourg
  • Identify, sign, and activate referral and channel partners
  • Convert partner relationships into qualified pipeline and ARR
  • Structure and maintain relationships with providers (depositaries, AML, ManCos, etc.)
  • Close capability gaps to service fund mandates end-to-end
  • Build channel infrastructure: tracking, pipeline, revenue, timelines

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, BD, or senior client-facing role
  • Strong understanding of private markets and how fund managers operate
  • Experience building something from scratch (partner programme, new market)
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity; able to create structure and own outcomes
  • Commercially sharp: understand referral and delivery partnerships
  • Able to hold senior conversations with partners at law firms, depositaries, and providers
