🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in feasibility, clinical research operations, tech enablement, or related roles.
• Proven experience leading tech implementation, vendor management, and change initiatives in
• Strong understanding of feasibility processes, clinical trial workflows, and site engagement tech.
• Excellent PM, organizational, and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management across global teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting operational metrics.
