Patient and Site Solutions Enablement Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead implementation and adoption of new technologies, systems, and processes
• Act as SME for feasibility systems and workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders, tech teams, and vendors to deliver tech implementations
• Manage vendor relationships and communicate requirements
• Develop training materials, docs, metrics, and capability resources
• Design and deliver training to support adoption and change management

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in feasibility, clinical research ops, tech enablement, or related roles
• Experience leading tech implementations and organizational change
• Strong understanding of feasibility, trial workflows, and site/patient engagement tech
• Excellent PM, organization, and cross-functional coordination skills
• Outstand­ing communication, negotiation, stakeholder mgmt across global teams
• Analytical mindset with experience in metrics and performance data
