Patient Care Technician

📋 Description

• Provide quality patient care in clinical research studies
• Conduct patient visits, ensure protocol adherence
• Recruit/enroll patients and manage their participation experience
• Timely data entry across multiple EMR systems
• Serve as point of contact for sponsors and CROs
• Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication between visits

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university
• Preferred: 1+ year in customer service, patient care, or people-facing roles
• Preferred: clinical, patient-facing experience
• Required: willingness to work onsite in Gulfport, MS (Mon-Fri)
• Coffee drinkers preferred
