📋 Description

• Lead strategy and implementation of global participant payments
• Advising study teams on regulatory/financial considerations
• Oversee vendor/CRO performance and issue resolution
• Improve payment processes, systems, tools, and quality
• Develop guidelines and oversight for compliant execution
• Assess complex payment decisions with site budgets and contracts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years in clinical contracts, budgets, PM, or operations
• Strong knowledge of clinical ops and trial execution
• Deep understanding of participant payments, travel, and local regs
• Experience with clinical development and vendor management
• Robust financial controls and payment feasibility skills
