📋 Description

• Respond promptly to inbound SMS and phone inquiries from prospective patients.
• Lead intake conversations to understand patient needs and goals.
• Schedule consultations using Calendly and internal systems.
• Capture patient details and notes in CRM & EMR platforms.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture engagement and scheduling.
• Maintain organized documentation with confidentiality and data accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in patient intake, care coordination or healthcare support.
• Excellent English (written & spoken).
• Empathetic, patient-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• On-call with consistent responsiveness during assigned hours.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and basic spreadsheets.
• Remote work experience with US/UK-based companies and remote tools.
