📋 Description

• Work with Nurse Coordinator to support existing customers
• Assess patient needs focusing on support, logistics, problem solving
• Maintain a service-oriented relationship with patients
• Ensure data and analysis requests are addressed promptly
• Manage tools like QlikView and Salesforce
• Nurture patient relationships to schedule ongoing testing

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years Call Center experience (inbound and outbound)
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Background in medical or biological sciences preferred
