📋 Description

• Process high-volume participant payment expenses weekly
• Review data for compliance and accuracy vs travel policies
• Create and maintain participant records for reporting
• Maintain internal expense trackers
• Upload sensitive banking information for wire transfers
• Manage study-specific Travel Policy compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent
• 2+ years in a financial coordinator role or similar
• Accounts Payable experience preferred
• Proficiency with common business and reporting software; quick learner of internal systems
• Comfort with Microsoft 365 and emerging AI-assisted tools
• CRM, SharePoint, and Smartsheet experience preferred
