Payer Implementation Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day project management for payer implementations and timelines across teams and
• Support contracting through go-live by tracking decisions and follow-ups.
• Own intake and documentation for incoming payer requests with clear next steps.
• Prepare payer-facing materials: project plans, decks, updates, logs.
• Engage with payer partners on calls to manage deliverables and decisions.
• Collaborate across Clinical, Operations, Finance, Legal to coordinate work streams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in client-facing implementation roles in healthcare.
• Strong project management: build plans, multi-stream oversight, stay on schedule.
• Results-oriented, able to prioritize and stay focused on goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for payer interactions.
• Comfort in a startup environment; quick learner, independent worker.
