Payer Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead design and delivery of EVV training and adoption programs for payer markets.
• Own training plans, adoption goals, and program lifecycle from onboarding to compliance and
• Manage multiple projects, track progress, and resolve issues across payer/state programs.
• Communicate updates with senior leadership and stakeholders; collaborate across teams.
• Develop adoption scorecards and analyze performance to optimize outcomes.
• Gain market insights and translate them into digestible offerings for providers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years in training program development/management
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship building
• Knowledge of Instructional Design, virtual classrooms, training effectiveness
• Excellent presentation skills for customer training on software/technology
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex workflows
