📋 Description

• Own center of daily money movement across Bastion's payments and stablecoin infra.
• Monitor payment flows across rails, resolve issues, validate pricing and reconciliation.
• Support partner integrations; drive incident resolution and SLA adherence.
• Apply AI/automation to reduce manual effort and scale processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally; expand ownership as function grows.
• NYC/east coast hours preferred; open to remote candidates in the US.

• Experience in payments operations, reconciliation, and exception handling.
• Ability to implement automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong analytical and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Comfort with startup pace and evolving responsibilities.
• Based in the United States or willing to work East Coast hours.
• Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
