Payment Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Monitor payment methods and escalate issues to providers/teams.
• Analyze acceptance rates across payment methods and providers; decide enable/disable and volumes.
• Ensure sufficient balance across methods to process withdrawals/top-ups; analyze costs.
• Review backup/contingency and emergency plans.
• Create monitoring guidelines for monitoring and support teams.
• Report daily/weekly payments activities to Head of Operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in billing/payments management or similar online payments role.
• Confident in handling numbers and financial/transactional data.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office user.
• Strong understanding of online payments integrations, funnels, flows.
• Deep understanding of payment and transactional systems and services.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
