Payment Partnerships Manager

📋 Description

• Support product integrations and onboarding of new banking/fintech partners with cross-functional teams.
• Explore and evaluate new partnership opportunities with banks, fintechs, and networks.
• Negotiate terms with new money movement partners to enable product success.
• Identify opportunities driven by the payment infrastructure partnerships.
• Own day-to-day operations and ongoing relationships with banks and financial partners.
• Develop expertise in core ops to boost product performance and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in partnerships in payments/financial services.
• Ability to perform under pressure and resolve operational challenges.
• Urgency and prioritization of multiple tasks.
• Build and communicate business/product impact with numbers/graphs.
• Bachelor's in Business, Economics or related field; MBA +3 years considered.
• Pitch to C-level executives, internally and externally.
