Payment Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own cross-border payment requirements, product solution design, and PRD documentation.
• Drive the full product lifecycle from requirements and solution design through testing, launch, and
• Lead the integration of new payment methods and payment providers, and support payment solutions
• Monitor payment success rates, provider stability, and customer issues, and drive continuous
• Analyze payment performance across countries, issuing banks, and payment methods.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in payment products, transaction platforms, or
• Proven ability to independently manage the full product lifecycle, from requirements to launch.
• Familiar with payment, order, refund, payout, settlement, or account-related processes.
• Strong analytical, project execution, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Good understanding of payment operations and payment performance metrics.
