Payments, Cash and Banking Specialist

📋 Description

• Partner with suppliers and customers to ensure on-time invoice payments.
• Use NetSuite OneWorld ERP to process payments to suppliers and employees.
• Own the execution of scheduled payment runs from start to finish.
• Validate and manage urgent payment requests.
• Manage daily cash operations including cash positions, bank transactions, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records of cash and banking activities for reporting and audit.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially NetSuite.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Payments and/or Cash & Banking.
• Ability to monitor complex data workflows and identify issues before they impact business.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Ability to deliver accurate results under tight deadlines and manage priorities.
