Payments Optimization Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner with commercial teams to drive adoption and value.
• Lead data-driven optimization across risk, auth, and conversion.
• Develop scalable analytics and dashboards for merchants.
• Engage directly with key customers to boost payment performance.
• Upsell Adyen products (Protect, Uplift) with customers.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams and customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Risk, Payment Performance, or Data.
• Experience in payments is a must.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Based in São Paulo office (3 days in person).
• Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills; dashboards with Looker/Tableau a plus.
