Payroll Accountant

📋 Description

• Process end-to-end payroll across South Africa, the United Kingdom, India, the United States, and
• Review remuneration structures, payroll inputs, timesheets, expenses, invoices, and variable
• Submit payroll data through Sage, ADP India, DecisionHR, ADP TeamPay, and Employer of Record
• Process leave accruals and monitor financial impact across units and geographies.
• Perform payroll QA checks before payroll release.
• Rotate across payroll regions to provide global coverage when required.

🎯 Requirements

• Higher education in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or related (B.Com preferred).
• 3–5 years payroll experience across multiple cycles and employee groups.
• Experience administering international payrolls (SA, UK, India, US, Canada).
• Experience with outsourced payroll providers and Employer of Record (EoR).
• Strong knowledge of international payroll legislation, submissions, and remuneration structures.
• Understanding of payroll accounting: IFRS, journals, accruals, reconciliations, leave provisions.
