Payroll & Benefits Specialist

📋 Description

• End-to-end payroll delivery across multiple countries (primarily UK, Netherlands, Colombia).
• Maintain payroll data in the payroll system; manage new hires, terminations, salary changes, and
• Perform payroll validation, audits, and reconciliations; resolve discrepancies before approvals.
• Support year-end and statutory payroll activities and filings.
• Coordinate with external payroll providers and internal teams (People Ops, Finance).
• Identify automation opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Business Admin, HR, or Accounting/payroll.
• 2-5 years UK & Netherlands payroll experience; experience with Colombia payroll a plus.
• Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a must.
• CIPP or pursuing it, or equivalent UK/EU credential is a strong asset.
• Experience with benefits administration; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfort with HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems; interest in AI/automation.
