📋 Description

• Oversee SuccessFactors and HR systems, ensuring accurate data, smooth processes, and effective
• Deliver high-quality HR reporting and analytics, turning data into clear insights, KPIs, and
• Drive continuous improvement by designing analytics solutions, enhancing system workflows, and
• Maintain strong data quality through audits, trend analysis, and proactive risk identification.
• Support People and Payroll teams with training, communication, and expert guidance on system

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience working as a Data Analyst, HR Analyst or in a similar analytical or
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Solid and hands-on experience creating dashboards and visualizations in tools such as Power BI
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical questions and practical recommendations.
• Clear communication skills, with confidence working across business and technical teams.
• Fluency in English and Czech (written & verbal).
