Payroll Implementation Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Payroll implementations for new and expansion customers through go-live
• Define and manage implementation plans, milestones, and responsibilities
• Facilitate discovery sessions to translate requirements into system config
• Coordinate onboarding with Payroll partner Salsa
• Oversee configuration strategy and validation prior to go-live
• Identify delivery risks and adjust plans to maintain quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5–8+ years in implementation, PM, payroll services, or customer delivery
• Experience leading complex customer implementations
• Experience with third-party partners in structured delivery
• Experience in SaaS or tech-enabled services preferred
• Strong PM, planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder mgmt
