• Act as subject matter expert for Nordics (Denmark focus)
• Lead planning, execution and monitoring of global payroll implementations
• Attend Sales calls as the Country Payroll Lead
• Manage hand-offs and client kick-offs
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
• Mentor Payroll Generalists and optimize payroll processes

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive payroll experience in client payroll environments
• Nordic regulatory expertise with emphasis on Denmark
• Payroll implementation experience
• Proficiency with Intega payroll software in Denmark
• Strong SAP and Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
