📋 Description

  • Manage payroll data entry and processing for US and PH employees.
  • Review employee data accuracy: name, address, tax IDs, withholdings.
  • Update payroll details: marital status, job titles, wages, hires and separations.
  • Verify timecards for hours, overtime, sick or vacation time and other pay codes.
  • Process bonuses and commissions.
  • Ensure compliance with US federal, state and local tax laws.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or related concentration.
  • 2-3 years of data entry or administrative experience.
  • Experience with payroll and HRIS systems.
  • Exposure to ADP Workforce Now preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
