Payroll Specialist

📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end payroll processes in Hungary
• Ensure accurate, on-time payroll in line with laws and policies
• Collaborate with external payroll provider for accurate execution
• Monitor hires, exits and staff changes in payroll systems
• Deliver trainings on payroll matters to stakeholders
• Maintain payroll files and compliance with authorities

🎯 Requirements

• Hungarian labor and payroll law knowledge
• Payroll experience; retail sector advantageous
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Familiarity with SAP and SuccessFactors beneficial
• Fluent Hungarian (spoken and written)
• Very good English (spoken and written)
