Payroll Specialist

📋 Description

• Process full-cycle payroll for assigned entities on a bi-weekly basis for an expanding workforce
• Research and resolve payroll related questions and issues; explain payroll policies and procedures
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external payroll tax inquiries and audits
• Verify and process employee expense reimbursements
• Assist with the implementation of new payroll systems or updating existing systems
• Upgrade process and procedures as company scales to integrate with latest technology

🎯 Requirements

• You possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent
• You have 3+ years of progressive payroll processing experience
• You have solid working knowledge of UKG (implementation experience a plus)
• You can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
• You demonstrate high level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
