📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end India payroll operations in a fully remote setup.
• Act as country payroll SME; ensure timely payments and compliance.
• Coordinate across Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
• Mentor payroll specialists and promote best practices.
• Proactively improve payroll processes for productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate asynchronously with distributed teams.

🎯 Requirements

• End-to-end India payroll experience, in-house or via provider.
• Strong payroll compliance, controls, and reconciliations knowledge.
• Experience with payroll exceptions, filings, and data quality.
• Analytical/problem-solving skills; root-cause analysis.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Experience with payroll platforms; GreytHR familiarity is a plus.
