Payroll Specialist Lead

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll processing for the assigned country
• Act as the country payroll subject matter expert
• Maintain data integrity and payroll accuracy
• Prepare payroll journals and reconciliations
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, identify risks
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience end-to-end payroll processing (in-house or provider)
• Strong payroll best practices and compliance knowledge
• Experience with French payroll processing
• Proficiency with Silae payroll software
• Excel and Google Workspace proficiency
• Analytical, problem-solving, proactive
