Payroll Specialist Lead

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll processing for the assigned country
• Act as country payroll subject matter expert
• Maintain data integrity and payroll accuracy
• Prepare payroll journals and reconciliations
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, identify risks, take corrective action
• Collaborate with Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• End-to-end payroll processing experience (in-house or via provider)
• Knowledge of payroll best practices, compliance, and operations
• Experience with French payroll processing end-to-end
• Experience using Silae payroll software
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Workspace
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
